Privacy

In short

The app collects no data. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party software. This website sets no cookies, tracks nobody and loads nothing from other servers.

The app

People, works and the time saved are stored on the device only. They do not leave it unless someone shares a work.

Sharing a work passes it through the system share sheet to recipients of your choosing. The picture card and link contain the game name, the names – or, if you prefer, only the initials – of those involved, their colours, the result, the duration and the day of the match. None of it is stored anywhere except on the devices where the work is shared or opened.

Purchases are handled by Apple. Only Apple receives payment details; the Apple Privacy Policy applies.

This website

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider; it processes data only as instructed and in line with the GDPR. Details are in All-Inkl's privacy information.

When a page is requested, the server stores technically necessary data in log files: IP address, time, requested address, referring page, browser and operating system. This serves secure and reliable operation; the legal basis is the legitimate interest in it (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). How long the provider keeps the logs is stated in its privacy information.

All pages are transmitted encrypted only (HTTPS).

A shared work sits in the link after the “#” sign. Browsers do not send this part to the server. The page unpacks the work in your browser only; it is neither stored nor passed on.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). A message to the address above is sufficient. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

The German version is legally binding.
